Apply to a cotton ball or pad and apply to the face after cleansing, particularly to T-zone and blemish-prone areas. Apply serums and/or moisturizers after application. Avoid getting into the eyes.

This is truly the best toner I have come across! It makes my skin so bright, I always get compliments after a week or so of using it. It smells lovely, and doesn't have behind a sticky residue like some others do. I literally won't use any other toner!
I have suffered for years with extremely dry legs in all seasons. Plus I have a birthmark that dries until it bleeds. Other than Vaseline petroleum jelly, nothing has helped this area. This is the first product that has kept it healthy. I do have to apply it nearly every day but my legs feel healthier and looks healthier. The smell too is heavenly. I just love this product. Please don't stop making it. Highly recommend for all ages, not just babies if you have baby sensitive skin.
