Press and massage: Use pressing and massaging motions on the face and neck. Work thoroughly into the skin without rushing.

Allow absorption: Wait ten to fifteen minutes before bed. Complete absorption prevents transfer to linens.

Pro Tips: Use at night only for best absorption. Apply to slightly damp skin if desired. Warm on fingertips before applying to the face. Use two to three times weekly, not daily. May discolor light-colored linens, so less is more. Perfect as a weekly intensive treatment. You may want to follow the application with gua sha.

Can I use it every night? No. This concentrated treatment is designed for use only two to three times weekly. Daily application may be too rich for most skin types and can oversaturate skin with vitamins. Think of this as an intensive vitamin boost, not daily maintenance.

Will it stain my pillowcase? The high beta carotene content may leave a slight yellow-orange coloration on light fabrics.  Use older linens, or allow for extended absorption time (20 to 30 minutes) before bed. Consider placing a towel on the pillow during treatment nights.

Can I use it during the day? This oil is designed for nighttime use when skin is in repair mode. The beta carotene content may also cause a slight orange discoloration visible in daylight. Evening application ensures maximum benefit without cosmetic concerns.

Is it suitable for oily skin? This rich formula is best suited for dry, mature, or normal skin types. Those with oily skin should use very sparingly (one to two drops maximum) or choose lighter treatments. The intensive nourishment may be too heavy for naturally oily complexions.
