How and when do I get approved - and see reseller pricing?
Fill out our wholesale application form. Our wholesale team reviews every application and will reach out by email within 2 business days to follow up, ask for any additional details, or simply get to know your business a little better. Prefer a phone call? Just let us know in the notes section of the form. Once approved, you'll get access to our wholesale pricing.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Your opening order has a $350 minimum, and reorders have a $200 minimum. You can mix and match any products, sizes, and scents to reach it. Not sure where to start? Ask us about a starter kit for your store type.
Do you offer testers or samples for our retail staff?
Yes. Testers for key items come free with your opening order, so your team and your customers can try the products before they buy.
What are your typical lead and shipping times?
Orders ship within 3 business days. Everything is made in-house in Clarksville, Missouri. Ground delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days within the US. Shipping is a flat rate of $15 to $20 per order.
Are we allowed to sell Bee Naturals on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)?
No, not without our advance written consent. Authorized Resellers may not sell Bee Naturals products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, BeautyBridge, or any other online marketplace unless we've approved that specific channel in writing as part of your account. This is a condition of the Authorized Reseller Agreement, not a preference.
What are your payment terms?
Your first order is prepaid by card or ACH. After that, we offer Net 15 or Net 30 terms, based on a credit review and your order size.
What is your return / damage policy?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send us a clear photo of the products and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, depending on the situation, be happy to provide a replacement or refund. Claims reported after 3 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
