Sorry, the pen isn't working for me. The liquid doesn't flow out. Probably I am twisting in the wrong direction or something but it is not intuitive to me and came with no directions -- I'd actually like a refund.

I'm so sorry about that! Some of our pens are a twist variety and some are a push button. Both of them tend to take several tries before they are fully primed.
For the twist pen they get twisted to the right (you should hear a slight clicking sound as it turns, you also won't be able to turn it in any direction other than right). They will need between 5-8 full turns before you will see liquid come out the brush end.
For the push button pens they will need to be pressed usually 5-6 times to be primed as well.

This is truly the best toner I have come across! It makes my skin so bright, I always get compliments after a week or so of using it. It smells lovely, and doesn't have behind a sticky residue like some others do. I literally won't use any other toner!
I have suffered for years with extremely dry legs in all seasons. Plus I have a birthmark that dries until it bleeds. Other than Vaseline petroleum jelly, nothing has helped this area. This is the first product that has kept it healthy. I do have to apply it nearly every day but my legs feel healthier and looks healthier. The smell too is heavenly. I just love this product. Please don't stop making it. Highly recommend for all ages, not just babies if you have baby sensitive skin.
