30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Contact us at support@beenaturals.com or through LIVE CHAT Support. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: We do not pay return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • E-gift cards
  • Products scheduled for retirement or being discontinued (all sales final)

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the standard return conditions (unworn/unused, tags attached, original packaging, with proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@beenaturals.com.

Important: Bee Naturals does not issue refunds unless your product is covered by Shipping Protection or you insured your package by selecting Priority Mail at checkout. (Bee Naturals provides free standard First Class shipping; Priority Mail upgrades are available at the customer's expense.)

Store Credit may be available in certain situations at the discretion of Customer Service. Restocking fees vary based on product and shipping costs. Partial store credit amounts are determined by Customer Service.
