How It Works

Collect & Return

Gather your empty Bee Naturals containers and ship them back to us using our prepaid return label.

We Refill or Recycle

Eligible containers are sanitized and refilled. Others are responsibly recycled through our partner facilities.

Earn Your Reward

Receive 50 loyalty points for every 5 containers returned, plus a surprise bonus on your 10th return.

What We Accept

Glass Bottles & Jars

Serum bottles, crème jars, and oil vessels. Rinse lightly before returning — labels can stay on.

Tubes & Pumps

Cleanser tubes, lotion pumps, and sunscreen tubes. Any size, any condition.

Outer Packaging

Product boxes, inserts, and shipping materials. We'll recycle or compost them responsibly.

How do I get a prepaid return label?

Log into your account and visit the Refill & Recycle section. Generate a free return label and pack your empties in any box — we'll cover the shipping.

Do I need to clean the containers first?

A quick rinse is appreciated but not required. Our team handles the thorough sanitization process.

Can I send containers from other brands?

Currently, the program only accepts Bee Naturals containers. We're exploring partnerships to expand this in the future.

How long until I receive my loyalty points?

Points are credited within 5 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email confirmation when they're added.
