Key 3 Ingredients

Calendula oil properties:

Calendula oil is a natural oil extracted from marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis). It’s often used as a complementary or alternative treatment.

Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It’s also used as an antiseptic.Calendula oil might accelerate wound healing. Research from 2013Trusted Source suggests that using aloe vera or calendula ointment along with standard care sped up episiotomy recovery time.

In the study, women who used either aloe vera or calendula ointment every eight hours for five days showed improvement in symptoms such as redness, swelling, and bruising. Adding aloe or calendula ointment to standard care was found to be more effective than using standard care alone. https://www.healthline.com/health/calendula-oil#types

Comfrey oil properties:

For wounds: Some clinical research supports the claim that comfrey has wound-healing powers. For example, a research review published in the journal Complementary Therapies in Medicine found some evidence that comfrey can help heal abrasion wounds.  The roots of leaves of the comfrey plant contain chemical substances called allantoin and rosmarinic acid. Allantoin boosts the growth of new skin cells, while rosmarinic acid helps relieve pain and inflammation. Extracts are still made from the roots and leaves and turned into ointments, creams, or salves. These solutions typically have a comfrey content of 5 to 20 percent.  https://www.healthline.com/health/what-is-comfrey

  • Natural, antibiotic-free antiseptic blend
  • Creates a long-lasting protective coating over the skin to defend wounds from harmful elements and promote healing
  • May stimulate the formation of new cells and decreases the chance of scar formation

Use on superficial cuts, scrapes, bites and abrasions. Do not use on deep puncture wounds. Apply to clean area once or twice daily, as needed.
