The liquid fat derived from olive trees that are historically native to the Mediterranean region. It is high in unsaturated fatty acids, namely oleic acid, and is an emollient with moisturizing and skin-smoothing properties. It is also high in vitamin E, a vitamin and antioxidant with anti-aging benefits.
