Also known as: Capric Triglyceride and Caprylic triglyceride

A compound made of naturally occurring fatty acids from combining coconut oil with glycerin. It has a high content of fatty triglycerides that work as an emollient to help smooth skin and works as an antioxidant. It also binds ingredients together and can work as a natural preservative to make the active ingredients in cosmetics last longer.
