Shipping and Returns

  • Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please note that Bee Naturals is not liable for recovery of undelivered or lost international orders unless purchaser opts to insure their order.  We have no control over international orders once they leave the U.S. Postal system.

  • We can return any* unopened or gently used product with in 30 days of purchase provided we are contacted first prior to returning it. Once reported, we will provide you with an authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return product.

  • Although we stand by our products 100%, our goal is to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. This is the reason why we encourage customers to contact us should any issue arise.
