USPS Shipping seems to be unusually slow these past couple of months. We pack and send out orders daily, but once they leave our facility, we are at their mercy. 
Each order is sent out with Tracking Information. Please check your order’s tracking information to note the progress of your order. If you can’t find your tracking information, please check your spam folder. The email is generated from Ship Station once a label is created.
What to do if your order is lost:
— Even on insured packages, we can’t file a claim until it’s been deemed lost or damaged.
— Check your tracking history, and print it. Then, call or go to your local post office with a printout and file a complaint with USPS.

Free Shipping

Packages less than 1lb will be shipped First Class in a Padded Mailer with Tracking.

Packages more than 1lb and more will be shipped Priority Mail with Tracking and Insurance.


All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and you will receive an email with a tracking number when your product ships. You can also see your order in your Bee Naturals MyAccount page.

An important note to our customers: Though we do not anticipate anything going wrong with your order, we hand pack, with care, many orders each day and sometimes errors do occur. We simply want you to know that in the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item or one that does not meet your needs or expectations, we stand behind our products 100%. Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so please contact us to let us know if there are any problems or issues with your order and we will take care of it immediately. International Shipping Terms

Customs, Tariff, Duties

The customer is responsible for all extra delivery charges, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into their country. Bee Naturals order totals do not include Duties, Taxes, Fees or VAT, etc. associated with international orders. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Return Policy

Bee Naturals would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a Bee Naturals product, please see our return policy below for instructions.


You can return any* unopened or gently used product within 14 days of purchase by contacting us first. We will provide you with an authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return product. Returned shipping and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective.

When returning the product please include the authorization number that was provided to you upon contacting us. Upon receiving the returned product at the address provided below we will then refund your purchase to the original method of payment (i.e., we will only credit the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase) or apply the return price to the purchase of Bee Naturals products that are equal or greater value. Your shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

*Effective March, 2020, we are not accepting returns on hand sanitizer.

Damaged or Defective

Please inspect your purchase when it arrives for any damages or defects. If you think a product in your shipment came damaged please contact us immediately.

Please provide us the order number and email address for fast service. Please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.

We will examine and confirm that it is damaged or defective and will refund you for the total cost of the product less shipping & handling. We will replace the damaged or defective product and ship it free of charge.

    I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t had the results you expected with these products. I do have a couple suggestions for you regarding our Anti-Aging Blemish Creme. This product is specifically formulated for individuals who want anti-aging ingredients, but who also are still periodically plagued with blemishes and/or acne. I’m 59 and fall into that category, also, my clients rave about my complexion. If I use richly formulated anti-aging products on my skin, I’m still prone to break-outs, but I still want the benefits of the ingredients. That’s where this product comes in. I find that if I use it more than 3 times weekly, it can be a bit too drying for my skin, so here’s how I use it: Use VERY sparingly in the T-zone of the face every other day and if necessary, use some of your favorite moisturizer on top to allay the drying effect.

    I have several clients who were using way too much product and too frequently, who had the same problem. Once they adjusted the quantity and frequency, this has turned out to be one of their favorite products. Keep in mind that the slight amount of dryness and flaking is actually dull epidermal skin that, once sloughed-off, helps reveal fresh skin beneath, much the same effect you would get if you had an Esthetician so a gentle peel. If after modifying how you use this product, you still think it isn’t for you, I’d be happy to send you a full size container of one of our other anti-aging cremes that might be more suitable for your skin type.       The most accurate way to determine shipping cost to your area is to go through the check-out process, with whichever products you want, right up to the point of purchase and the site will show you how much your fees will be. Without a weight and your address, we have no way of estimating the cost.
