General Shipping Information
All products are shipped via USPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your product ships.
You can also see your order in your Bee Naturals MyAccount page.
We are happy to provide free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all US Domestic orders.
If you wish your package to be shipped USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) that is an option you may choose upon check out but is not covered by our free shipping policy. You will be charged the amount specified on the payment page.
Though we do not anticipate anything going wrong with your order, we hand pack, with care, many orders each day and sometimes errors may occur. We simply want you to know that in the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item or one that does not meet your needs or expectations, we stand behind our products 100%.
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase, so please contact us to let us know if there are any problems or issues with your order and we will take care of it immediately. We strive for 5 star ratings in all areas and if you can not rate us 5 stars in any area please contact us to let us know how we can earn that from you this or next time.
International Shipping Terms
USPS Shipping is calculated for you on the checkout page.
The customer is responsible for all extra delivery charges, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into their country. Bee Naturals order totals do not include Duties, Taxes, Fees or VAT, etc. associated with international orders. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Bee Naturals would like you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any* unopened or gently used product within 14 days of purchase by contacting us first. We will provide you with an authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return product. Returned shipping and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective.
When returning the product, please include the authorization number that was provided to you upon contacting us. Upon receiving the returned product at the address provided below we will then refund your purchase to the original method of payment (i.e., we will only credit the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase) or apply the return price to the purchase of Bee Naturals products that are equal or greater value. Your shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
*Effective March, 2020, we are not accepting returns on hand sanitizer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your purchase when it arrives for any damages or defects. If you think a product in your shipment came damaged please contact us immediately.
Please provide us the order number and email address you used to complete your purchase for fast service. Please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection.
We will examine and confirm that it is damaged or defective and will refund you for the total cost of the product less shipping & handling. We will replace the damaged or defective product and ship it free of charge.
